Service Contract Terms

These Contract Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply specifically to paid subscription plans. In the event of conflict, these Contract Terms take precedence for commercial matters.

1. Parties

Service Provider: Quantvex, operated by Lameik ("Provider", "we", "us")

Client: The individual or entity that has subscribed to a paid Quantvex plan ("Client", "you")

2. Scope of Services

Under a paid subscription, the Provider agrees to deliver:

  • AI-generated trading signals across contracted asset classes.
  • Automated trade execution via MetaAPI broker connectivity (where included in plan).
  • Access to the full Quantvex dashboard and analytics suite.
  • Platform uptime target of 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance windows).
  • Email support with response within 48 business hours.

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

Fees are as published on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Monthly plans are billed every 30 days and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. A pro-rated refund for unused months is available within the first 30 days.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the Client's responsibility.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial payment.
  • Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles except where required by applicable law.
  • The Provider may suspend or terminate service for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.

5. Service Level Commitments

The Provider commits to:

  • Signal generation cycles running at minimum every 5 minutes during market hours.
  • API availability of ≥99.5% measured monthly (excluding force majeure).
  • Scheduled maintenance notified at least 24 hours in advance via email.
  • Critical security patches deployed within 24 hours of discovery.

Service credits may be issued for verified outages exceeding 2% downtime in any calendar month, at the Provider's discretion.

6. Data and Confidentiality

The Provider treats all Client trading data, broker credentials, and account information as strictly confidential. This data is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider's total liability to the Client in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in that period. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or trading losses. See the Risk Disclaimer for full details.

8. Modifications to Service

The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform with 30 days' written notice for material changes. Minor changes may be made without notice.

9. Entire Agreement

These Contract Terms, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior representations or understandings.
