Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Quantvex ("the Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Quantvex provides AI-generated trading signals and optional automated trade execution through your connected broker account. We are a technology platform, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice.

You connect your own broker account to the Platform. Your funds remain in your broker account at all times. Quantvex has no custody over your funds. You are solely responsible for ensuring your broker permits API-based trading.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform or its AI models.
• Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity.
• Share your account credentials or API keys with others.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.

You acknowledge that trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclaimer for a full description of trading risks. You agree that Quantvex is not liable for any trading losses incurred while using the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantvex and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All Platform content, AI models, algorithms, and branding are owned by Quantvex / Lameik. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal trading purposes only.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, automated trading will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration or, where required by law, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
