Privacy Policy

TL;DR: We collect only what we need to run the platform, we never sell your data, and your broker credentials are stored encrypted end-to-end. Contact support@quantvex.dev with any questions.

1. Who We Are

Quantvex ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered trading signals and automation platform operated by Lameik ("Operator"). Our primary contact email is support@quantvex.dev.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication data provided during sign-up (managed via Clerk).

Broker Connection Data: Your broker API tokens and account identifiers (MetaAPI, OANDA). These are stored encrypted in our database and never shared with third parties.

Usage Data: Signals viewed, trades executed, dashboard interactions, and log timestamps — used to improve the platform.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

Payment Data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the Quantvex platform and its AI models.
  • To execute automated trades on your behalf via your configured broker.
  • To send you transactional emails (signal alerts, account notifications).
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g., transaction logs for up to 7 years per financial compliance requirements).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors:

  • Clerk — Identity & authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • MetaAPI Cloud — MT4/MT5 broker connectivity
  • Vercel / Render — Cloud hosting & CDN
  • Sentry — Error monitoring (anonymised)

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; request data portability; lodge a complaint with your local data authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@quantvex.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Sensitive credentials at rest use AES-256 encryption. We conduct regular security reviews. See our Security page for full details.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
